My stay at Hotel Vieja Mansion had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from main attractions and nightlife. yet the service left much to be desired. Check-in was chaotic with nobody around, and I found the rooms did not stay warm enough during my visit. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite good, and I appreciated the cleanliness and character of the hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Vieja Mansion. The hotel is beautifully decorated with charming furnishings, and it's just two blocks from the center of Cuenca.
